Unfortunately we are unable to give the release prices of those houses to be built on developments listed on this page. We are able to offer price guides. Information relating to the specification, such as the type of kitchen and room sizes, is not available until the brochures are produced. This is usually a month before the site is released for sale.

UPPER HARTS HILL FARM, BERKSHIRE RG21 4NY
A cluster of five houses in a rural location between Upper Bucklebury and Thatcham, with spectacular far-reaching views over adjoining fields, and the Kennett valley to the south. Upper Harts Hill Farm is designed with two, four bedroom houses, and three, three bedroom terraced houses. Construction is due to start in the Autumn with build completions and occupations from summer 2009.

Early price guides are from £330,000 to £350,000 for a three bedroom terrace,
and £635,000 (Plot 5) to £700,000 (plot 1).
Marketing will commence, and further information will be available, from this winter.
